The benevolent sky conjures
a heavenly feast for the empty earth,
scattering snow on the lonely bench
drenching the eager tree,
loading trucks playfully,
tossing thin crusts on surprised travellers
and coloring the wet mud,
thus making a creative pattern
of white amongst dark brown
great effect and combination of words

A very snowy poetic beauty 🙂
Thank you very much:) We don’t have snow here, so imaginary mostly:)
Great poem about a season that some seem to be dreading, although the precipitation is badly needed almost everywhere.
Precipitation is most definitely required..and this is a romanticized version of the natural snowfall:) Thank you so much, LuAnn
Beautiful.

Fascinating image…
Thank You, Priyash
Ooo fabulous imagery, conjures memories for me…so wonderful, beautiful writing here! No snow here where I live, but I can remember so many fabulous moments in white, wintry wilderness from the North, where I used to live…ah grand. Thank you for this, it evokes such contentment. Groovy. And a happy stupendous New Year to you,
Autumn Jade
