The streets, the shops and the intersection are alive with busy people. Everyone seemingly occupied, but lonely in their own thoughts. The young woman in the Metro looks enviously at the poster of a model. She is oblivious to the sultry thoughts of a School boy who has once again failed to do his homework. Teenagers doing odd things to get themselves noticed while the conservative woman shies behind her veil not wanting to be noticed. The old sit by a corner, eager for conversation. They smile at fellow travellers, hoping to be acknowledged. They are looking for their past in the present.
There is also a writer, gaping at everyone, thus trying to understand their motives and emotions. Once in a while he gets it right while missing the obvious most of the times.
